Meet Tristan O'Grady

 

Tristan and Stacey at the opening of Moneypennys May 1996Tristan O’Grady  is originally from Buckinghamshire U.K., and grew up in such varied locales as Port Phillip Bay, Australia, and Cape Town, South Africa. He discovered Hilton Head Island in 1989, and now happily makes this unique island his home.

Before entering the real estate arena, Tristan was involved in the food and beverage business on the Island, and still maintains ownership in two successful local establishments including the Big Bamboo café at Coligny Plaza. And though real estate is a new venture for him, Tristan will have participated in more than forty transactions in his first year in the profession.

He attributes much of his success to surrounding himself with good people, and being ahead of the curve with regard to new products in the Hilton Head/Bluffton market. Tristan and his wife, Stacey, live on the Island with their three children in the waterfront community of Bermuda Pointe.
